    Default Rocks in the Rap?

Of course, Saturday was a washout, but I fished the mid Rap Sunday. I put in near Tappahannock and fished the bridge, the oyster bar off Piscataway Creek and that part of the river. No rock, only a couple of cats and perch. I could see the power lines and it did not look like there was any action there. Maybe it's too early this far up in the river, but I'll give it another chance in a couple of weeks. Maybe it was the storm. We must have had a 4 foot tide.

Plenty of rockfish up Tappahannock way but don't even bother with the rest of the river.

No, don't try around #8 or the bridge. You will not catch anything. Just stay home.
