    Thumbs down Upper Potomac

    By upper Potomac, I mean above River Bend. Is it me or have all the smallies left town? I know two weeks ago the water temperature reached 93 degrees. It the hotest water I ever fished. This week it dropped, but three hours of fishing resulted in zero bites. Anyone else having better luck?

    No. I fish the same area from the MD side and it's been pathetic.
