Great Bridge Fisherman's Association First Annual Fishing Flea Market

The GBFA will hold it 's first Fishing Flea Market on March 13, 2010 9:00 AM-3:00 PM. $3.00 Entry fee and children under 12 Free. The event will be held at the Hickory Ruritan Club 2752 S Battlefield Bd. ( south Great Bridge). We are accepting applications from Vendors. $40.00 per table inside and $30.00 for space outside space. Inside spaces are very limited. Boats are welcome outside at $3.00 per foot. Fresh and salt water equipment. Plenty of hot food and soft drinks. For additional information, contact Butch Pierce 757-287-0330.

Hey Brian.. I appreciate your comment but from the past experiences of the Flea Markets up North, it has not been damaging to the attendence. Actually they charge more than $3.00. Check this site out: www.pbase.com/fishleader/2009_flea_marketshow

I looked at the site and it appears at least some of the pics were in NJ. Do you anticipate the same type of set up w/ vendors bringing as much tackle as in those pics?

All the pics were from the Flea Market in Maryland.. Hopefully the retailer which are scheduled to appear will have their table similar. Since this is our first venture we will all learn together. Tables inside are just about all sold out. Thanks for your interest.

JohnGottaGo, I can assure you that you will have a great selection of tackle at this event. I have space at all of the shows in Maryland and will be setting up with the same kind of tackle that I bring to every show. The information that I received so far indicates that this will be a well run show with a full house of vendors. It definitely will be worth your while.

Thanks for your interest. All types of retail vendors are scheduled to be present, tackle shop owners, local lure manufactures, boat and trailer dealers will also will be present. There are some Charter Boat Captains committed to be with us to offer the public some exceptional deals. We only have a few tables left in the interior building. Interior tables are $40.00 and $30.00 outside. I would encourage you now to request a application if you are condisidering being a vendor.
