This is my first report but I have learned much from reading other post here. We didnt catch any keeper rocks but did have a lot of fun cathing the through backs. Lost a lot of storms to the blues though. Day total was 10 rocks from 15' to 17' and 10 blues that we did end up keeping. Will be back this weekend to try for some keepers with my boys. ALl of the fish were caught at the Whitestone bridge.

Were you casting the Storms or trolling?

We were casting to the pilings. the rocks were caught when we could get the storms to drop to the bottom past the blues.

Were you fishing near the middle of the bridge or closer to the shallows? Whitestone side or Locklies side?
What tide was most productive. I am a newbie to that area. 1st year fishing on the Rapp with a boat and want to take my dad out for some rock. Doesn't look like this weekend due to the weather though.

Thanks 6luv2fish. I usually fish 15 and 16 to try and get some flounder during the hot summer days. Any particular tide or did it matter?

It didnt seem to matter which tide as long as we were casting with the currentand retrieving against it very slow.
