Ditto,
Thanks RJ,Normmag and Polecate for the donation of the crabs and their time to catch them.

It takes a lot of work folks dont see to pull these events off.

Thanks again guys and it was good to see everyone again or meet those I have not yet and put a face with a name.

SFIV will be here before we know it.

I have some to post but got detoured to Franklin Sq ER 7:30 last night until 3am this morning. I'll try to send them up tonight.

Good time and great food again. Thanks to RJ, Jerry and everyone that helped. Hopefully the stiff wind won't show next year. Looking forward to Snoodfest.

Stuffed jalepenos:

I cut the seeds out of the halved fresh jalepeno peppers (ripe (red) ones are my favorite, but hard to find in stores, easy to grow!!!) and stuff em with turkey suasage I get at the Amish market near me (Rt 98 and 29 )

I mix the turkey suasage with chopped white onions and sprinkle grated parm. cheese on em, baste with a little olive oil and bake em at 350 for about 1/2 hour. I like to try and get the tops to brown a little.

Depends on the batch of peppers, sometimes they are hot, sometimes not, Cherry peppers are a good alternatve and much less heat..

For everbody that asked, Gus's hand is ok. No stitches required. Dr Larkin said we could if, but by the time we got there, it had started to close up pretty good and kids heal pretty fast. soak in epsons every night a cover with a bandaid.

Many thanks to the Lady with the 1st aid kit. In the heat of battle, I didn't get her name So if any of you know who she is, Please tell her I said Thank you
