WOW WHAT A DAY .......IM BACK I FOUND MY HORSE SHOE.....FISHED HATTERAS YESTERDAY WITH MARTIN AKA BAITBOY, BOB L., & ED.....WE LEFT THE DOCK AT 6:15 HEADING FOR THE 900 LINE IN 60 TO 70 FTMS A LITTLE BUMPY ON THE WAY OUT BUT MAN I GOT NICE AS THE DAY WENT ON...WE FISHED THE 890 TO 930 ALL DAY 50 TO 70 FTMS WATER TEMP WAS 72.1 BY THE END OF THE DAY IT WAS 73.1 SAME AREA....THE DAY STARTED WITH A WAHOO,ON THE DEATH FROM ABOVE PLANER ROD PINK SPOON...THEN THE TUNA STARTED TO BITE ALONG WITH A FEW GAFFERS ASWELL IT WAS A GREAT MIXED BAG DAY...HOT BAITS OF THE DAY BLUE/WHITE & BLACK/PURPLE ..2 OF THE HOOS CAME ON THE PLANER ALONG WITH TWO TUNA ONE WICH WE LSOT AT THE BOAT WICH WAS PAPER ASWELL...

Sweet day out in the blue!
Loved the video but do you have pics of the fish lined up? I wanted to see how huge that Hoo was compared to the 60lb. tuna. In the video he looks like a slob.

Wish we could say we have still pics but no go. Got back to the dock at 5:30 PM and still had a long drive home ahead. I think we all were faDING FAST and need sleep too. There isnt a better captain out there compared to JIMMY K!!!!! He had to contend with a lot of rookie mistakes all day and he kept his cool through most of it, cant blame him for raising his voice a few times. It was a day I wont forget. The class of fish were incredible. Hope this is a start to a great year up here in VA too. Cant thank you enough Jimmy. Great trip!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PS: Videos dont lie, my wife is right, I got a bald spot on the back of my head and my gut is getting big.[grin][grin]
