I have been tasked to get 10 boats to fish the tourny from TF. If we get 10 boats we will do a drawing of the 10 and 1 boat will receive the entry fee paid by Barta himself.

List them up. Its a good time and its to a good cause.Additional info

LowProfile is in. I just completed the application and paid online.

Myself, my daughter age 15, Rosco and at least one more on board.

Already getting excited about seeing Tred go for a swim. But that is only if "we follow the steps".

Think the huge Viking will be there.

See You There

The viking was there last year. He is Tred's main mate so I am sure he will be there helping out.

Thanks for the entry. Also Tred is gonna get dunked 2 times as we did'nt get him last year.

I hope everyone knows how much you can gain from a charity tournament it is all about the kids. The guys in the 20 foot center console can fish right with the big guys and "99.9% of everyone" is willing to share knowledge and experiences.
If you are considering it and a little bit hesitant don't be, Just ask for help with area info, slips, weather anything. You have nothing to lose only the experience and new friends to gain.

Thanks
Brian

Tourny date are 7/21-23 fishing days are 7/22, 7/23 Entry fee= $500/ boat.
Directions from Chesapeake bay : Hang a right to the Ocean and take the 4th right-- Beaufort Inlet, NC. Tourny headquaters are in Beaufort and slips available in Beafort, Morehaed City, and Atlantic Beach.[tongue]

No doubt that I deserved that response. But as I am not likely to take the boat out around Cape Henry to make an ocean trip in excess of 150nm, don't own a trailer or a proper tow vehicle, then it is still problematic...

I compared the list of entries with the Big Rock I can't believe all the big boats that are going to be there and we get to fish and party with them sounds like it is going to be a great time. I have never fished against a 60' Spencer. Looking forward to it.

Now all we need is some more TF entries

Add the Second To None to the list of attendees. We are bought and paid for on this one - so don't add us to the drawing, but looking forward to meeting some fellow TF'ers and Sportfishermen that weekend.

Any other TF folks heading down for this tourney?

RAYMOND RHODES

I just don't know what it will take!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will abandon my returning champion gig to fish with any TF boat that enters. Only stipulation is it must be safe and sea worthy.

I will rig, gaff, clean kill, clean the boat, navigate, run the boat, put us on the fish and tow your rig down there.

It's a great cause and I may just be willing to pay the entry for 10 boats just to see TF trophy's presented with that fat check!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Post'em up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This tournament is a blast and is the only one of it's kind. Bring your kids and they are guaranteed a trophy. Even if the weather is bad next Fri. and Sat. the tourny will do an in shore thing for the kids.
The Billfish are really chewing right now and anyone can win this thing. Last year, an outboard had 3 Saildogs hooked up, and lucky for us, lost 2 of the 3. Even if you don't fish the tourny, bring the family down and join in on the festivities and auction.
This tourny is part of the NC Governor's Cup series and is an opportunity to fish and win a major billfish tournament for a measly $500---
It's only a 4 hr drive from Tidewater, Va or 6 hrs from Southern Md. Tourny dates are next Friday and Sat. See ya'll at the party in Beaufort.

Think; Wahoo and Glen could handle some Southern Md Stuffed ham?
I have one being cooked that I am going to pick up Sat. to bring down.
