St. Thomas Fishing Charters?

I'm taking the family to St Thomas (Sapphire Beach) for ten days at the end of June. Anybody have any tips on charters-inshore and off? (I'm guessing that inshore IS offshore down there)What is a reasonable rate for a charter and what's biting?
