Sorry Cutter, I know you were probably expecting to see me professionally fairly soon, maybe the bills would have paid for a couple nice combos or one of those Costa Rica trips, but I hope I have pushed that need back by several decades.

Had a biweekly weigh in today. 205 pounds, 15.4 percent body fat.

For the record that is down from over 300 pounds and close to 50 percent body fat. Accounting for the muscle that has replaced the fat I have lost 125 pounds.

Thanks for giving me a chance to gloat with my friends.

Of course there are some downsides. A couple of weeks ago I fished the special reg section of the Pax and the water was way up, so i seriously covered some ground. An afternoon thunderstorm blew up and I found I was about 6 miles from my truck.

No desire to see any of the Flyfishing bretheren in a professional setting. Congrats on the downsizing. You might make the slot limit.

That's very cool Jay. Way to go man.

Let's do some fishing soo. I need the exercise, and my gear is getting pretty mad at me. I haven't fished since forever.

Let me know if you can go sometime.

David

Good for you!

But; you better keep your eyes peeled. At that "buff" size the single ladies will be looking you over. Hehehe...you'd be a keeper

Sorry, Ladyfish. But JayB is actually a schoolie.
