The sick and diseased of South East Baltimore require my services once again. so I will be working feeding the maw of the health care establishment (soon to be your tax dollars at work)
Oh and a vote for me comes with pics of the unfortuante girls at this years polar plunge that wore thongs to the beach :yes:
