Head count for January meeting @ Hooter's-1/6

Need a head count for the January meeting at the Hooter's in Laurel.

Meeting will be on the 6th - let's say from 6:00 until about 10:00. Easy to remember.

We need to vote on the December angler of the month - only one entry right now - might not be too tough.

We will also vote for the Angler of the year - choosing from angler of each month. There will be trophies awarded to all who won :thumbup:.

I hear Hooter's girls go crazy for fishermen :yes::yes: with shiny trophies.

Should be a fun evening - not sure Thursday at work will be good though.
So , line up your sober ride home and practice your excuses :pp - hope to see all there.

Can't make it. Working in NW DC has put a severe cramp in my drinking. And I seriously doubt I can convince my wife to 'swing by' Hooters on the way home. (Did I mention I also commute w/ my wife....?)

Argh, I tried but just couldn't make it. And so I guess I'm out of the Pike tourney......I will participate as a "fun" entrant, though. You guys will be glad I'm out when I post pics of that 29-incher I'll catch in Feb.

Sorry I missed it
On fairly short notice went in for shoulder surgery yesterday afternoon.
No booze and no driving for 24 hours, they said
Still allowed to look at hooters I think - but with wife as driver, not in Laurel..
This was right shoulder - so casting is out for a while.
Hope the ice breaks up sometime and you all have a good pickeral year.
I will pretty much miss it.
Hope to be back in action for a trip to Guatelmala in March.
Casting a fly rod for sailfish is about the easiest fly casting - but reeling them in works a shoulder a bit!!!
