For those who attended the Nov. meeting - how did you like Bateman's ?
Food ok ?
Location ?
Prices ?
Yes , the service was a touch off but give the young guy credit - he hustled.
We would have the private room - not in the main area - so noise will be lower.
Reason I ask - I need to reserve a place for December's meeting ASAP due to holiday partys coming up.
Our January meeting will be at the Laurel Hooter's  - great way to kick off 2010.

I didn't mind it but for the very opposite reason you are looking to accomplish. I like being out in the mix of the bar not stiffed in private rooms. Mainly becasue I like the view:) But yeah Inot too hard to please so private room or middle of the bar as long as the beer is cold I am good to go.

I liked the spot cause it was close to both the bathroom and bar, and it felt less formal than some private rooms we've been in. I talk much better standing up, so I vote semi-private table or bar area from now on.

I've got Chris's look beat -- we had a Woodstock Revisited theme reception at the conference I attended this week. I dressed up like a goofy-looking hippie.
