OT: just refinanced and saved $$, you should check

just refinanced a jumbo loan from 5.875% to 5.00% and saved $521 a month. no points, loan origination fees or other bs. had about $1200 in closing costs that you cannot escape from. will re-coup that in under 3 months.

stayed with BB&T a good Conservative bank. just amazing what 0.875% savings amounted to?
