Try another fuel line and bulb. I've seen a lot of delaminated lines due to ethanol. If that doesn't work, you'll have to look at the carb float assembly. It could be clogged. Also look at the fuel pump diaphram. That engine has an in ternal tank also, doesn't it? Or is that the tank you're running on? If that's the case, then it's carb or fuel pump.

Hitting an object shouldn't affect the fuel system.

How old is your gas as fuel only has a 21-30day life,do you run a 10 micron fuel filter as the starch in the ethonal will make your needle valve and seat stick together making it not allow fuel to refill the carb bowl or the fuel going into phase seperation will cause the same.

Without a doubt!! Like Katman said, it sounds like your carb has a stuck needle valve and not letting fuel in. It happens with alot of engines , even inboards. ETHANOL is the devil. :censored: :52: :soapbox:

How did you check the bowl in the carb? With the drain screw or by loosening the bolt at the bottom of the bowl? Drop the bowl and gently tap on the float to loosen the needle valve. If it was stuch shut and you freed it, gas will come out.

If you motor is a four stroke, you have a very small white filter on the starboard side. Has it been changed regularly? It could be clogged. You also have a switch valve to change from internal to external fuel tank. Has it been moved.

You may want to drain the fuel tank and clean it. I always run my engine out of fuel so the carb doesn't gum up. Treat your fuel with stabilizer or Starbrite Startron and it won't gum up.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
