Fuel line pickup screen/filter question..

I think I may need to replace or remove my fuel line pickup filter or screen in my 118 gal. fiberglass tank for a 21' W.A. Robalo in the near future and was wondering if anyone has done this before and what are we talking about.

never totally remove the screen, clean or replace it. there should be a deck plate or access hatch you can remove to get to it and just screw it out... spray with pb blaster or wd40 and let sit for a while
