I went to the ASMFC meeting in Atlantic City last night. The TAL for 2006 will be 23.59 mil lbs. We fished at 30 mil lbs in 2005, and 33 mil lbs was thought to be the TAL for 2006. Fairly big cut, it will mean different things for different states.
