If you want to wear the kids out - try Podickery Point in 15 to 25 feet. The Spot are true jumbo size - some 12-16 inch Croaker and white perch are mixed in.
About 3/4 mile north of Sandy Point light to the area off the yacht club ( look for the high/dry rack ).
Bloodworms on #4 long shank spinner hooks with 2-3 ozs will fill your cooler. Drift if calm - anchor if windy.
The amount of bottom fish there is unreal. Spot strips fished back unweighted will get small Blues.
Small Spot - if you get them - will get Rock but the Blues often hit first.
