I have a barely used painted stainless 17 , I had my motor swapped from a 115 to a 150 at pruchase but the dealer left the 17 pitch on the 150 instead of putting a 21 .. I had a horrible bounce at high speeds as the 17 was not enough but the 21 fixed the issues..
Its sitting in a box at my house no nicks, dings no missing paint ... I only used that prop twice... I have no need to keep it
I called the dealer who said it was worth about $500 new ... what would you be willing to offer and i can send pics as well...
I live in Winchester va not sure where you are but could figure that out..
I will be putting it on ebay soon or craigs list

Not to hijack the thread but what boat do you have? I have a 150 on a 21' Sea Hunt (CC) with the stock 17 pitch aluminum prop. I want to get a SST and was told to go to 19. Did you consider going between your 17 and 21? If your boat is similar to mine maybe I'll go to 21.
Performance seems OK with the 17 aluminum but I don't have anything to compare it to.

My recomendation was directly thru Yamaha's specialist... He was Great Rick Smith.. This guy fixed a lot of issues I had and knew what I was experiencing.. He wanted me to go to a 21 becuase of the stabiity at high speeds.. My boat top end will do 60 mph a very `smooth 60 mph ... with the 17 it was anything but .... I don't usually go that fast but even at 40 -45 the motor was still bouncing ... The 21 did the trick ..

I am unsure of the size and pitch, but I have a single stainless prop in good shape and a brand new aluminum prop off my previous motor, a 1988 Yamaha 115 two stroke. I would like to sell both at reasonably low prices. Let me know if you may be interested and I will check on the sizes.
