I'm looking at a piece of property in Lottsburg VA. It is on Kilneck creek, off the Coan River. near the Potomoc. The property is bulkheaded but the house has minimal elevation and is only about 40-50 feet from the bulkhead. Lot is on the end of the creek. Can anyone tell me how much flooding happened in that area in the big storms ? Lot seems OK now, but a big storm surge might wipe me out. Thanks for reading
