HI:
Went 30 miles offshore for Mahi. I picked off two(2) Tuna. Had lots of knockdowns.MMMMMMMMMMMMM. Most of the hits and the Tuna were on 4 and 6 inch Cedar JIGS in RED/WHITE and DORADO colors.
Watched a long brown blur (apperaed to be 2-3 feet long) Blast thru the spread and miss a Tuna BIRD up close in the 2nd wake wave. Watched it spin around and hit it with a gigantic splash. YOUWZA!!!!!!. It cut me off. Lost the whole rig from the snapswivel back.
PRICELESS!!!!!
Trolled up to the weather boy and went past. Turned around to run past it when another
center console came up and decided to baitfish right next to the weather bouy. 20+ miles out is not th place to start PXXXIINNG around so I left and trolled another 10 miles ENE. Had lots of FLYERS and TUrtles and Sargassom weed but no takers.
Ran back inside and picked at the Spanish Macks and Kings .
Had a great day out of Port Canaveral.
