Why time sensitive ? If you want the dag gone thing just buy it . If you don't like it , post it on the new BST forum .:D

It's time sensitive because they're having a "wootoff" today. They list an item, it sells out, and they move on to the next item. I don't know diddly about solar chargers, but I hear alternative energy is the next big thing!

I'm gonna get it. Hopefully you won't see it on the BST forum any time soon!

I've bought a TON of stuff from Woot for about 2 years now. Very reliable--as long as you read descriptions (some items are refurbished). There is a forum where people discuss the products and provide price comparisons.

XM/Cirius has a lot more to choose from(music of any type, sports, weather, talk, traffic, comedy) and doesn't sound too much more expensive. Little known is their Lifetime Plan for $399. Otherwise its $9.99 a month for a 36 month plan -- $359.99 up front, more for a lesser time. Get one reciever and have as many docking rigs as you want-- cars, house, garage, boat, riding mower, motorcycle, ATV............ The docking rigs(automotive type) can be used without hard wiring to an fm radio if they are close together.
Keep in mind that XM/Cirius has made the present day vogue rumble about bankrupcy -- at the same time, there are several communications companies offering to buy them out.
Together, they have over 18 million subscribers so my guess is they ain't going away any time soon. Personally, I'm checking on stock prices.

Wow, that changed fast...it went from a solar charger, to a ski spedometer, and now XM...I've never heard of woot before. But since it is off topic now because the link has changed I love Sat Radio too!!! I didnt knw about the lifetime plan, good deal!

Lifetime plan is fine unless the company goes away. Sirius/XM just got a 540M loan to avoid a hostile takeover by another company they owed money to.

I've got a lifetime warranty on my Dodge Charger .. .wonder how long that will last.
