Thats what I was thinking. Try for a mako or a bluefin maybe. Think we are going to hit the delaware bay for some stripers

There is a 3-4 degree break up and down the 100 line. The northern guys were pulling yellowfin and longfin out of the northern canyons a week ago. Maybe they made their way down? I would think there are still some wahoo around. Mako fishing should be good too. Heck, there might even be some migrating bluefin out there...
Are you thinking it isn't worth a look?

Small window for Saturday and I echo the water concern. Have been hoping for a close-the-season overnighter sword window but hasn't happened yet.
I'd say pretty fair shot for BFT though :)

just read on the Maryland DNR website that a boat released 4 whites and caught wahoo's at the hotdog last sunday.

Who would have guessed that with this shot (from two days later)?

I'm also looking for one more season-ending trip. As soon as weather and my schedule work together, I'm tempted to roll out to Hambone/dog area to look for a late season BFT.

All I know is I will probably be somewhere between the Hotdog and the Washington! If anyone gets out, give a shout. Blackjack Ch.1
