Clam bags?

Can anyone describe the use of clam bags on a trotline? Pictures would be helpful.

If no pictures then a good description would work for me i.e. type of bag, spacing on line, # of clams per bag, etc.

Search for clam bags and you should find a recent post from Polecat with pix of clam bags on a trotline.

I use them in c-traps. Awful results.:eek:
