I have a commercial crabbing license, stopped crabbing quite a few yrs ago.I use to crab on the weekends wile in high school and sell the crabs to sea food houses and such.
Anyway I no longer have interest in keeping this license,as I don't want to go back to crabbing to make extra cash...I thought I might at one point.I know you cant get then any longer..right?
Can I sell the license out right?and what would be a fair asking price?Anything I should know before I sell.
Thanks for any info

Maryland regs say you have to sell for no less then $2000 and must include equipment. The key is: It doesn't say how much equipment.

You cannot sell the license!!!!
You must give it to an ILLEGAL ALIEN and continue to pay the annual fee. You must also supply fresh bait for the recipient.
My recommendation is to keep the license.
