#2 son and I went to Dads on the Miles for a little crabbing and fishing.

We used both topless and full box ctpx with clam bags and nx. Incoming a.m. tide in 8-10 feet. Mixed bag of whites, doublers and some heavier crabs too.
Avg size was 6-6 1/2". I was disappointed with the size and quality. Recent shed I guess.

Got plenty though. I gotta get out more.

Ditto on the beautiful pics Mr. Burch- I had my boy out crabbing with us yesterday too and that made for a very special day. Jamie

Great day. It doesn't take as much to please the young ones. Looks like he went home happy and I'm sure that made your day. Gary

Thanks Rod. You gave me inspiration to start posting pix with those great pix of you, Jamie and the crabbers helpers.

Cameron ( with WP) will head to Southern MS this year but Brandon is still at SS for another 2years.

Glad you enjoyed the pix. Many more to come I hope.

A picture says 1000 words, IMHO!

Dave,

A little General Tso's sauce and those Herron taste a lot like chicken, the only probelm is there is not a lot of meat on the legs but the wings are tremendous. But you need a real big grill.

Good Pics, Thanks,
Butch
