I have heard a rumor that it is illegal to keep non-virgin female (i.e. sooks) crabs. Any truth to this?

Thanks,
BillPa

they should build a wall on the mason-dixon line! (the great wall of md)....I guess that wont happen because of the thousands that moved to pa from md
wont be able to get to work...maybe they could have a tunnel with armed guards on I83!.....I'm going to work(pass)...going to O's game(pass).
going to ravens game(pass)...going crabin and fishin.(firing squad)...LOL

The regulations are not in the book you get with your license in MD as far as I know. They put out an update insert once the regulations passed, I found out when I went to the DNR office to register my boat and just happen to pop the question.

Were you at the Wye River 2 Sundays ago? NRP issued some guys from PA a ticket for $150 because they had a sally in their basket....The one guy was cussing up and down threatening to sue the state because "it's not in the book"..Guess he can't read the part where it says that the regulations are subject to change without notice.

Maybe it's a good argument for keeping non residence from crabbing....?
