Kids fishing derby

HERE ARE THE NAMES OF THE WINNERS:
OF THE PASADENA SPORTFISHINGKIDS FISHING DERBY
HELD AT DOWNS PARK JULY 12, 2008

Five to Eight year olds:

First place, *Durant Tabron, Age 7, Perch 7 1/2 inches, total fish caught 7
Second place, Kevin Davis, Age 6, Perch 7 1/4 inches, total fish caught 5
Third place, Justin Boughan, Age 5, Croaker 7 inch, total fish caught 7.

Nine to Thirteen year olds.:
*
First place,* Drew Seegers,* Age 10, Perch 9 inches, total fish caught 4
*
Second and third had to be decided by a coin toss again. Both children caught the same size fish and total caught fish.

Second place, Daniel Hood, Age 10, Blue 8 inches, total fish caught 6
Third place, John Lewis, age 9,* Perch 8 inches, total fish caught 6.

We had a total of 62 children participate in the Derby.* I am working*up the final figures on the total fish caught, number of fish caught and the types caught.* I will forward as*soon as I finish.*

Everyone have a good time and a lot of parents said how nice the event was.
The volunteers (25) did a great job and its a pleasure to work with such a dedicated group, it makes my job a lot easier. HARRY SUIT
