We may be out there, looking at Friday or Saturday haven't decided OI or VA Bch yet. If we stay here (VA) we may simply hit the wrecks.

Lookin at the weekend too... Haven't been in several weeks and really need an adventure down south. Was really hoping the fishing would pickup off OI but things look pretty slow? Va Beach is OK but love those NC trips. If anyone gets some intel worth posting please pass iton...

Still have a few spots open for those interested...will be leaving HI around 5:30 am Saturday the 12th and pulling into Blue Water in Hampton Sunday afternoon.....Troll all day Saturday north and then set up for an overnight drift north in the stream chunking and looking for some pullage.......then first light continue the troll north towards our final destination.......Let me know if anyone is up for the fun! Transportation to HI with me could be arranged if needed.....not on the bike:D....

I've been flip-flopping between Fri and Sat and Sun at this moment (subject to change before I post this), Saturday is looking like the better of the 3 days. I'm open for any of the 3 days, just trying to pick the best one.

I'm going with this high tech tool this trip. At least as good as these forecasts I've been looking at. :D

"C-Time" is headed out of LCrk a little after 0400 tomorrow. Headed for the Fingers or Wayne's World, then troll to the Canyon.
Weather is on so-so. Probably good for trolling but not sure the deep dropping will be workable.
Will be on 16-72-79.

I want to head out to the Hot Dog. I've been to the 26mile hill and 21fm finger, so there's no point in anybody ever going to those places again.
What do you guys think of a Rudee--->Hot Dog run Sat morning based on this info?
TONIGHT
S WINDS 15 TO 20 KT...BECOMING SW AFTER MIDNIGHT. SEAS 4 FT
WITH A DOMINANT PERIOD OF 6 SECONDS. A SLIGHT CHANCE OF SHOWERS AND
TSTMS.
SAT
SW WINDS 10 TO 15 KT...BECOMING S IN THE AFTERNOON. SEAS 3 FT.
SCATTERED SHOWERS AND TSTMS.
SAT NIGHT
S WINDS 10 TO 15 KT. SEAS 3 FT. SCATTERED SHOWERS AND
TSTMS.

Yak,
We pulled the plug on OI also but looking at the Hot Dog if the WX holds? Kinda wondering what the wave period will be? 3 foot at 8,9 seconds not too bad. 5-7 seconds gets alittle sloppy. Will keep watching till around 9pm..

We're in for an early morning run to the Hot Dog. I got three people that want to go. Weather doesn't look great, but we're hoping for the best.

Will decide around 9:00 pm tonight. Monitoring channel 79, boat name Fishhawk3.
