Special Olympics trip Sunday on Appomatox

Castaway's Sporting Goods is putting on an afternoon of fishing/boat rides for some Special Olympics kids this Sunday the 29th at 1pm. Last year, there was mostly bass boats. I took the pontoon and was able to take out family of 3 and the young man was blind. Jimmy Armes is lining up the boats. He called me tonight and asked how many kids I could take, as it seems some of the boats may not be coming.

The kids will be arriving at the Appomatox Small Boat harbor in Colonial heights at 1pm. If you are interested in coming out, please give Jimmy a call at 804-795-2444.

I am looking for a partner to help me out too. My go-to guy will be out of town.
