got wasabi?

:clapping2:Finally put some tuna on the got wasabi? We had a good morning bite in a small patch of blue 68 degree water 4 miles west of the cigar on a mixed bag of lures. Almost all of our bites were on the flats and shorts running around 7.5 to 8.0 knots. One nice single jumped on a large green machine in a really long shot gun, but I broke him of boat side. Had a good marlin in the spread, but couldn’t get him to bite. The hole closed up and we decided to run north up the 100 fathom line. We saw a large marlin on the run so we stopped and circled around. We put lines in and he started swimming straight for the boat spooked and sound. We circled around for 30 or 40 minutes with a lot of smoke lures to see if we could raise him, but no luck. Continued north until we found the charter fleet. We trolled for a couple of hours and watched other boats hook up. We changed the spread and a few minutes later we had a quadruple knock down and we put three more nice yellowfin in the box. This was a nice little bonus before we wrapped it up. I might be going next weekend if the weather is good.

Great report, Captain. Almost exactly the same report as I posted this morning from my trip on the Got Wasabi? yesterday. The only difference in our days was that I was on the part of the boat that was 4 miles EAST of the cigar. Thanks for the day on your giant boat, Captain ;-)

East or west, north or south what’s the difference in a 60 or 70 mile run. I stand corrected east of the cigar. Your post still sucked, but at least our alibis are solid with the exception of where the murders took place. I also posted a picture and a little clappy guy so I pretty much have a much cooler post. Thanks buddy for putting us on the fish!!! Maybe we should switch more often. Its fun running the pit and catching fish for a change.

While my post may have paled in comparison, it was posted MUCH earlier and therefore reigns supreme. I agree it was fun switching roles. Running the boat *is* as easy as I thought. It was nice to sit on my a** and watch you do all the work for a while. I love your before pic above, btw. Check out my after pic :

dude, that tube wasabi will light your a** up. It's better than the other brands I've tried... It's S&B, give it a try.
