Carried two more guys out Monday night for some more flathead and blue cat action. Again these two have never fished for these fish before so again I didnt fish but tried to keep everything straight and get em on a good fish. We got on some fish again but the two anglers struggled to get hook sets in em. I think they missed at least 10 or so fish each. They lost 2 good fish during that time. As it got late we slid into one more hole and got 5 more good bites. They missed two and lost one good fish then finally put a 25lb flathead in the boat, a 20lb blue. and before we left another 15lb flathead. They had a good time but they knew we should have caught a lot more than we did. The fishing is slowing down I think as the water temp is jumping up. The flatheads should go to spawning in the next two weeks.
