surf fishing help from a soldier

I am stationed at Ft Bragg and I have been to Frisco to surf fish with my dad a few times. Are there any good spots around Wilmington to surf fish? also are there any campgrounds near the beach around those spots? is there anything running right now? any help is greatly appreciated.

also you could just look for sloughs on the beach just like every beach.Fishing for sea mulletts should be good down there now,so have at it and good luck.
