I need new ball joints on my Dodge and have just ordered them. Other then them being a PITA to do, do I need any special tool? I've got the crappy HF Ball Joint press.

These are AAM axles, not Danas. Can anyone with experience got any secretes they might want to share??

I did mine on 96 dodge. I used tools from autozone on the tool loan program. Buy them, use them, then bring them back for a full refund when finished. Took about 1/2 day> i had never done it before and it was not too bad.I researched it and some were tack welded and may need to be when reinstalled.
