Dream Summer Job

I am really excited about this! I just got a job working as an assistant maintenance man and fly fishing instructor on a guest ranch in Jackson Wyoming. The ranch has 2 miles of private water on the Gros Ventre River. It's full of brown trout and native cutthroat trout. I'll be there for three months before classes start again in September. I've been fooling around too much in saltwater lately. I'm gonna have to revisit trout fishing before I go out there. Wow. Dream Job for sure!
I used to live out there and have fished that river many times. There were times when the Gros Ventre fished much better than the more famous rivers in the area.

You are going to have a BLAST!! I'm too jealous....

:rolleyes:A fishing friend that is a student at Hamilton College got a job at the Delaware River Club a couple years ago, and has now gotten his guides license, and a drift boat, and may well end up spending his life fly fishing. A disgrace to his parents and an embarassment to his school.

On another note, my wife has taken a job at W&L and we will be relocating there in March. I am hoping to spend way too much time fishing both the local streams and in my kayak on the Bay and ocean. Wanna practice your guiding skills?
