“Russell’s Muscle”, the shammy wammy, tan and white “flesh fly” patterns, jelly ball flies, and small clouser patterns. They key is to try and match your chum. So get them worked up with clam pieces and then throw out a fly that looks similar.

This website will help

Just google those flies and check out www.branhamssaltwaterflytying.com
I don't know if it still works but its a great resource.

Also I don't know where you're at but if you're in Virginia Beach you should go check out Crab Creek tackle shop on shore drive at the base of the Lesner. Talk to Anne and she'll be able to give you some ideas or tie some up for you.

I've seen a jellyfish fly tied w/ the corner of a plastic baggie and two colors of estaz on the shank, with flashabou or similar material for tentacles. Pretty simple tie, and supposedly spades are crazy for jellies. Dunno myself, never caught one.

You gotta tie something that looks like clam snot and chuck it out there while you're chumming clams. I was successful last summer with some beige chenille on a #2 hook.

No fair soaking it in clam juice either. : )
