I was very skeptical about ordering this dish 30 yrs.ago at Baltimore's "Tio Pepe's"Restaurant. It turned out to taste better than it sounded. This isn't their receipe, but it's about what I remembered it to be with an added quick sauce.Broil or bake fillets in a baking dish. The last 5 minutes, add sliced bananas on top of fillets then add either cream of mushroom soup or cheddar cheese soup on.You can reverse the banana /sauce if you like.If you like bananas, you'll love this.Bananas taste good with fish. It's a Spanish thing.

You'll never know what you're missing.

I'll try it. At least it's not the same old "cover with Italian dressing" recipe. Why someone would want to soak perfectly good fish with vinegar is totally beyond me.
