Ahhhh, has the "ol lady" noticed a difference? Errrr, could you enlighten us on just how it's used, proper proceedure, and all?:D T.
JO #1 is your basic seafood seasoning.
JO #2 is essentially JO#1 mixed about 50/50 with coarse flake salt. usually considered too salty for any other use than crabs.....but ...whatever you like is ok
for seafood seasoning (shrimp, crabcakes etc. )I use #1
for Crabs I mix my own starting with JO #1 ,Pretzel salt & some other stuff

JO #1 is with the right hand, #2 is with the left....#3 is when you let someone else do the J'ing O UNLESS you are left handed then the first 2 are reversed....#3 always applies..

I'm steaming em tonite didn't get but about 2 doz, but thats enough for us. I like to sprinkle a bluefish fillet with it too.
It works better on the ol' lady if you shave her first

This just goes to prove the old adage that there are no stupid questions....answers on the other hand......

I prefer the JO #1.
I keep a small cup of it in the car so when I go to a Chinese buffet I have it with me.
I dip the shrimp in Lobster sauce in JO #1 and really like it.
I also sprinkle a little on the really small rice noodle pasta and cover them with Lobster sauce from the shrimp! Ummmmm good!
