Went out of Goodhands saturday very rough, windy, foggy and hard driving rain. My goretex even broke through, what a beautiful day on the water. My mate asked what the H--l are we doing out here? I said having fun and getting wet. Crabbed from 4 foot to 17 feet using topless traps. Caught 35 crabs, most were in 9 ft. and 14 ft. water temp 62 - 63 degrees. Went from up the creek to Parsons island. Covered alot of area. Late afternoon cleared up and calmed down. Turned out to be a very nice day. The season is over for me and I hope you guys that are still crabbing do well. We can all look forward to next year.

Thanks for the report. If I don't find them in the Wye tomorrow that confirms my backup plan for the ride back into the Narrows.

A good day on the water and a few dozen crabs to top it off....... not bad at all.......better than doing Honey-doos.

I want to go later this week Scott, but am finding it difficult getting away from all the work that surrounds me. Will let you know how we do if we do get to go.
