Does anyone know any good deer processors in the montgomery, frederick county areas. I live in germantown and do not want to travel very far from home to drop off a deer. Also, someone with a reasonable price is always nice. No special cuts. just a simple place to drop off and pick up the meat.

I live in Mt Airy and have used Bob Parker in Kensington when I lived in G-Burg. I use Wayne Knott in Mt Airy now when I don't have time to do it myself His number is 301-829-9448

He knows me well. I have taken him well over 350 deer over the years. I used to do a lot of crop damage hunting. I do most of my deer by myself now. I bought the $800.00 grinder from Cabellas and have a hanging post in the back yard. Got a 8 point Thur night and ground the whole deer....except for loins. If you go to Knott's butcher shop, tell him Gary Lengerhuis said hello. Good luck!

ive always done all my deer myself but since i moved away from my home in carroll county i now do not have a place to hang one up.....thanks for the suggestion again and i will let him know who reffered me.....if you need help up there sometime knockin some deer out let me know too.
