The Albie fishing here is just awesome. This past week we've seen the biggest Albie's of the season. There's been alot of 12- 17#er's. The King Mackrel fishing has been almost as good, we had them to 12#'s today. We started fishing about 7:15 & by 8:45 we had 6 in the boat.

How far out? Could they be fished for from shore or from a kayak? How long do you expect they will stick around? Even though this report is kind of spam, I'm still interested.

The king's were about 2 mile's off the beach & the Albie's about 5 mile's. If you go further south you can use your kayak. There's some people who fish out of them off the Lake Worth Pier. The Albie's are usually here until the end of August as long as no storm's. I can't post pictuer's as there to big of a file.

You can post pictures if you reduce the size of the pick. I like to email myself the picture and in the process reduce the size of the pick. Then attach the smaller picture. I'm sure there are easier ways to do it but that's the way I do it. Or just post the URL.

So, the August Issue of Saltwater Sportsman stated that this month "Indian River Inlet, Delaware" was the second best place to find Bonito this month. I'm beginning to think that was a typo and they meant Indian River Inlet, FL. Are you guys catching Bonito too or mostly False Albacore?

Thanks for the report capt.
