Chesapeake Beach Question

I'm going on a client outing on a boat out of Rod 'n' Reel on Thursday. Once we're done with the outing, I'm hoping to get in a little work with the flyrod before I head back to NoVA. My question is regarding whether there are any shore or wading areas that I might be able to hit near Chesapeake Beach or along the Route 4 corridor?
