Lazy and tired after fishing today. Took small striper and filleted and skinned, took off most of the dark meat in center line and skin side. Pre-heated grill.
1. spray two sheets of aluminum foil with cooking spray.
2.lay a fillet on each
3. sprinkle with old bay.
4. Lay 3-4 thin pats of butter on each
5. lay 3-4 very thin lemon slices over each.
6. Wrap foil very loosely and grill for 10 minutes and let sit off grill for five.
7. open and enjoy, juices went well over couscous.
