Fished down in Key west a few days last week. fishing was tough, apparently the Tarpon haven't been right as they've had a lot of cool weather this spring. I had one hit my fly, but I pulled it out of his mouth without hooking up. Fortunately there were two or three schools of jacks hanging around, so whenever we got a little bored of searching for Tarpon, we'd catch a jack. They pull very hard!

Anything that will make a reel scream like a Jack is defintely A-OK.

That's very cool. I love jacks. I wish we got them up here.

I wanna make it to Charleston someday and go after the big jacks they get down there.

They have a bad attitude and I think they're a beautiful fish to boot.

That's one nice pic ... I think the sun glasses make it . Jacks and Trevally's ... nothing is stronger for there size. You'll remember that one.

The guides were waiting for the tarpon to turn on any day, they just needed more than a few days of of warm weather...
