It's Fishing Time

April 21st opens the spring season. After the last few days on the lower shore I am wondering if any of my old fishing areas still exist. I have a trip scheduled for the 19th for catch and release with some bird watching. I'll let you know how we do and see if the big boys/girls are here lingering around. This is a spinfly trip. I am really looking forward to testing some of the new lures that bassassassin sent me and hope the good ole cloures, bucktail deceivers and deceivers don't let me down.

Hope the wind settles down. Hope to get out a little over the weekend. It sure has been blowing hard, thats for sure.

Hey Matt, you know these guys. Dale Dixon from NC. He called last night. His buddy, the attorney had a serious heart problem and has cancelled the trip. He didn't go into details but the message I had didn't sound good. Keep him in your prayers.
