My wife and I are coming to Charleston for 3 days around the 16th of April. While I am there I would love to fly fish for tailing reds if that is a good time of year. ANy guides on this board or any recommendations? Is that a good time to be fly fishing in the area. Looking to make arrangements asap.
Thanks
Fishwagon.

Contact Capt. J.R. Waits, www.fishcall.com or call (843) 509-7337. I have a trip with him on 3/25. I think he can put you on some Red's

I was there a few years back and went out with capt Chris Chavis (http://www.finstalker.net/ ). Weather was windier than predicted and after an hour of fishing he said decided to take us back in (no charge that day) and we could set up for another day with better conditions.
Next day out we saw plenty of fish and landed 5 or 6... A friend who has a place down there also likes Richard Stuhr. ( http://www.captstuhr.com/ )

I've also fished with J.R. Waits a few times, he can certainly find the fish and is a good guy to boot.
