Hey- I don't know if you guys have seen it yet, but I know we're an eating and cooking crew here- Brandon has added a recipe board now. To get there look over to the left and click on message boards- it's down at the bottom. Beer battered rock nuggets for dinner out in this neck of the woods! ;)

It's actually not at the bottom- it's under specialty forums.

Superbowl....that is a good idea. I can try out some of the recipes on the guys.;)

Fat Jimmy - I pulled a slab from a Fall rockfish trip out of the freezer and used one of the recipes using white wine. It was terrific... and easy. Great board. Jim
