I have seen a few license plates the saw MWA down the side and the persons's license numbers as the tag number. How do you get them? I have a comm. license. Do you have to be a special member of the MWA?

Contact the MWA office, tell them you want the vanity plates. You have to give them your member number. They will send you a paper that you take to MVA to get your tags. MVA will mail the plates to you. Real easy.

Just go to the MWA office in Annapolis. Providing your a member of the MWA, she has all the paperwork and will sign off on everything you need right there. Stop by the MVA in Glen Burnie on the way home and pick your plates up (and turn your old ones in). There is never a line for speciality plates (second floor), so you should be in and out in about 20 minutes.
Good Luck....they look really good on all the trucks I've seen em on.
Thanks,
